Set up a free Fit City Worksite Wellness Assessment: If
your business is located in Mecklenburg County and you have at least 100
employees,

environment might hinder healthy lifestyles. |

Designate an Outdoor Eating Area as Smoke Free: Having a
place to get outside and enjoy a quiet lunch is important in helping reduce
stress, but many outdoor spaces are used by smokers during breaks and

Smoke free environments. |

Create a Worksite Wellness Bulletin Board: Keeping
employees informed of opportunities to be active and eat right can help to
change the workplace culture related to wellness. Work with your worksite
wellness team or supervisor(s) to designate a permanent area to post
information on walking groups, company sports teams, healthy recipes or smoking
cessation information, and more. You may
download a sample board with all the attached documents on the Fit City
Worksite Wellness site. |

|
5. |
Post "Point of Decision Prompt" Signage: Help employees
make healthier routine choices. Post
