Create an Outdoor Conference Area

Set up an outdoor meeting area, encourage employees to walk outside and meet at
a picnic table under some trees. Will help encourage creativity by getting them
out of the office, will stay focused and refreshed since they are out in the
fresh air. Added cost benefit: Picnic tables cost much less than conference
tables! You can add square footage to a cramped office space by encouraging
employees to utilize the beautiful surroundings.
