Welcome to Fit City for Fit Families!

Fit City for Fit Families offers practical tips to make food and fitness more fun and part of our everyday activities. Charlotte-Mecklenburg parents told us that they need easy solutions for incorporating a healthy lifestyle into their daily activities. Parent focus groups conducted by the Fit Together Program addressed barriers to healthy eating at home and identified realistic solutions to those barriers. The result – Fit City for Fit Families!
